Return Policy

YJ USA will accept returns on most products within 60 days of the customer receiving the order. Returned products must be in excellent sellable condition and in the original packing, including the packing slip. YJ USA will refund the price of the product minus any shipping charges (to or from the customer’s location) and a 20% restocking fee (including any applicable tax).

The following items are exclusions to the Return Policy and do not qualify as a return or refund.

  • Damaged or defective goods are handled separately. See Damaged & Missing Products.
  • All items under $50.00 each
  • Items returned with a ship date after the 60 days return window.
  • Items not purchased directly from YJ USA
  • YJ USA will no accept the following returns…
    • Items returned as “freight collect.”
    • Items returned that are damaged or opened. See Damaged & Missing Products.
    • Items returned without an authorized Return Authorization number (R/A).
    • Items returned which cannot be identified without first receiving the shipment. Authorized Returns must be properly labeled. See Return Procedure.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact customer service at 877-927-8777 or you may download, fill out the Return Request Form, and fax it to 503-820-0027. Please allow 24 hours for faxes to be processed. Faxes received within 60 days of receiving the order extend the return window through completion of the return. Customer service will issue a R/A to validate your return. You may return the product using the carrier and level of service of your choice. Returned products must be in excellent sellable condition and in the original packing, including the packing slip. You may submit a copy of the original packing slip if you wish to keep the original for your records. The return label must be addressed as follows unless otherwise instructed:

Please include a copy of your Return Request Form or your packing slip inside the box to facilitate your return processing. Allow approximately 72 hours for your return to be processed once received.

Order Cancellations & Refused Shipments

To avoid restocking fees, requests to cancel an order must be received prior to shipment to the customer. Please note that YJ USA strives to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Although normal order processing allows 72 hours for orders to ship, orders may ship sooner. Once shipped, requests to cancel will follow the guidelines outlined in the Return Policy.

Legitimate orders that are refused at delivery will be subject the terms described in the Return Policy. If the shipment is opened or damaged, accept the shipment and contact customer service at 877-927-8777 or you may download and fax a Return Request Form to 503-820-0027 (See Damaged & Missing Products). A Customer Service Representative will assist you on a course of action to correct the situation.

Damaged & Missing Product

If your shipment arrives opened or damaged, please do NOT refuse delivery. Sign for the shipment and contact customer service or download and fax a Return Request Form to 503-820-0027. Note on the form that the shipment arrived opened or damaged. A Customer Service Representative will assist you resolving the problem. Do NOT dispose of the shipment until you have been in contact with a Customer Service Representative.

Please inspect the entire shipment for missing, damaged, or defective product. Be sure to check the packing slip for order accuracy. Some shipments require multiple packages. Note on the tracking label the number of packages in the lot (i.e. 1 of 2). Packing slips may appear on any package within the lot. Notice of damaged and/or missing product must be received within 48 hours of delivery.

Miscellaneous Order Information

Expedited Service: We offer free UPS Ground service on all orders placed in the United States, exluding Alaska & Hawaii. UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select service is offered where available. Some large items, such as trampolines, are too large for standard UPS service and are shipped via UPS Freight. Contact a Customer Service Representative, 877-927-8777, for more information.

Alaskan, Hawaiian, & Puerto Rican Customers: Free ground shipping is included on all orders placed within the contiguous 48 states only. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico please contact a Customer Service Representative, 877-927-8777, to receive shipping rates prior to placing an order.

European Customers: Contact our only authorized European dealer, Trampled Underfoot for product information and availability.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, FPO’s, or APO’s
